This is a record of homes that have sold at Nyland since it was built in 1993. The purpose of this page is to give future buyers an idea of the type and frequency of homes sales at Nyland.

3534 - sold August 2016 for $310,000 

42 acres of beautiful mountain views, community buildings and 41 friendly, neighboring homes. This bright and open town home has mountain views from the master bedroom and kitchen and backs to open space. Our house within Nyland cohousing community is for sale. Just a few short minutes away from beautiful Boulder, Nyland is situated between Boulder, Lafayette and Louisville.

The house comes with a good drinking water filter that filters out fluoride among other common water contaminants. The paint inside the house is VOC low or free.

Amy and I are putting #3518 up for sale.  This wonderful home has 3 levels. 3513 - Sold August 2015 for $372,500

This 1,350 sq ft home is on three levels, with a finished basement with separate entrance, a kitchen/living room on the main level; and upstairs a bathroom and two bedrooms. It has solar panels on the roof, a swamp cooler, and includes a carport with storage space.

The bright and cheery kitchen and living room receive the morning sun through the east-facing windows. The front porch was added on, creating a more pleasing entrance, and provides a nice spot to sit in the morning sunlight with your tea/coffee. The back deck was also added, which provides a space for dinners outside during Colorado’s lovely summer evenings.
